    Job Description:
    This role is for a qualified Technical Account Manager to oversee and address clients’ and internal teams’ technical issues, training the team on all technical topics and keeping them up-to-date with the industry trends. As a Technical Account Manager, you should be a tech-savvy professional, able to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience. You should also be results-driven and aspire to achieve specific goals.
     
    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    • Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns on the Ad server level as well as the page level.
    • Assisting the team with technical queries and training them on the technical aspects.
    • Analysis of the client’s website in order to check page speed and Ad load time to provide the recommendations to client.
    • Working on customized creative templates to deliver high-impact ads and native ads.
    • Setting up a test environment to test different types of issues.
    • Ad server tag customization and testing.
    • Documenting all the troubleshooting issues as a case study.
    • Flawlessly traffic and launch direct sales and programmatic digital advertising campaigns on time.
    • Manage live campaigns, including programmatic, by analyzing performance daily and making optimizations in ad servers to ensure fulfilment and maximize yield.
    • Monitor 3rd party ad server delivery and work with 3rd party vendors to resolve reporting discrepancies.
    • Provide campaign performance and trafficking updates.
    • Track campaigns’ workflow by maintaining status documents.
    • Investigate, troubleshoot and provide feedback for campaign delivery issues; such as under-pacing, reporting discrepancies, and technical issues; to sales, clients and technology vendors.
    • Identify operational workflow enhancements and help instil best practices related to trafficking, campaign management, and programmatic across the Digital Advertising Operations team.
     
    Basic Qualifications:
    • Knowledge of Publisher side operations (GAM, FreeWheel, SpringServe), Advertiser side operations, SSPs, DSPs, Tag management platforms (GTM, Adobe Launch, Tealium etc.), Perbid and header bidding setup.
    • Strong grip on display, video, In App and OTT implementation, trafficking and troubleshooting.
    • Ability to address the technical questions from the team members working on different clients.
    • Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
    • Ability to work in a dynamic, research-oriented group with several ongoing projects.
    • Knowledge of developer tools in different browsers.
    • Troubleshooting the issues using web debugging proxy tools such as Charles, Fiddler, etc.
    • Knowledge of utilizing web analytics tools to analyze website performance.
    • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other web development languages.
    • Ability to document all the troubleshooting cases worked on as a case study.
    • Knowledge of working with CMS platforms is a plus.
