    Job description:
    We seek a creative and strategic thinker to join our team as a Creative Strategist. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to develop breakthrough strategies and ideas that drive business results for our clients across digital platforms and channels. You will work closely with clients, creative teams, and internal partners to uncover insights and opportunities. Using research and data, you will craft compelling narratives and experiences that meaningfully connect brands with their audiences.
     
    Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Continually inspire our clients and the creative industry by creating or co-creating game-changing ideas that shape the future of advertising.
    • Develop strategies and creative ideas that transform our client’s business.
    • Roll up sleeves in flat creative organization to lead projects end-to-end – insights, strategy, concept, executions, pitch, production.
    • Lead brand and business strategy discussions to uncover business needs and creative opportunities.
    • Uncover brand and consumer insights to inform creative direction and help businesses connect with people in meaningful ways.
    • Develop holistic creative solutions (Meta, Google, Amazon, TikTok, etc) that drive the key business goals of our top clients.
    • Partner with other Creative Analytics teams, Sales partners, Product, Engineering, and external agencies to make your and their ideas shine.
    • Be a thought leader on how mobile technology is fundamentally changing consumer behavior and brand marketing.
    • Possess a strong passion for understanding people and deep desire to uncover new consumer behavior across various industries and platforms.
    • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
    • Package and share learnings – the wins and the misses – scaling your work beyond a single campaign or advertiser.
     
    Requirements:
    • 5+ years in advertising, brand marketing, or related field.
    • Design, Art Direction, or Copywriting experience.
    • Strong creative ideation, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
    • Experience developing digitally-driven creative campaigns.
    • Innate curiosity and passion for understanding consumers.
    • Ability to collaborate and influence at all levels.
    • Data analysis skills to uncover insights.
    • Desire to experiment and iterate on creative solutions.
    • Knowledge of brand and performance marketing best practices.
    • Experience translating data into meaningful insights that inform creative decisions.
    • Outstanding communication skills.
