    Responsibilities:
    ● Receive and resolve inbound customer support queries via a chat queue or web tickets.
    ● Troubleshoot, onboard, and guide users. Also, answer pricing inquiries and provide quotes for services.
    ● Prioritize client requests.
    ● Handle and resolve customer queries, emails or webchat.
     
    Requirements:
    ● Excellent ‘written and verbal communication skills, active listening, and attention to detail
    ● Minimum 1-year work experience in a dynamic role (related to digital marketing or platform/advertiser support)
    ● Professionally sound and proactive in approach
    ● Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of email requests
    ● Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
    ● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with the customers and the client
    ● Experience in an email process is a plus. Outsourcing experience is a plus
    ● Willing to work in PST hours(17:00 – 01:00 Hrs)(may be a plus)
