    Job Description:
    MediaMint is looking for a dynamic sales leader to join our growing client services group. The role entails
    engaging with potential and active clients to understand their objectives, challenges, and business needs. You
    will work closely with the MediaMint solutions and client engagement teams to create an effective onboarding
    strategy, infusing collaboration with the technical and operational teams, identifying future growth
    opportunities. The ideal candidate would also be able to anticipate our evolving client needs by providing
    solutions that will support the client’s growing business. This position has a competitive salary, commission
    structure and other company-related benefits.
     
    Responsibilities:
    • Identify and engage with target clients to qualify and capture opportunities to build new relationships.
    • Prioritize opportunities across functional groups within the client organization.
    • Identify and influence key decision makers at client organizations to drive account success.
    • Understand and communicate MediaMint’s value proposition.
    • Negotiate and close contracts with new business clients.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to support effective client onboarding.
    • Lead up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth within key accounts.
    • Drive optimal relationship structure to ensure client expectations and operational team design are aligned with the client’s goals.
    • Facilitate communication internally and externally with clients.
    • Handle client escalations and be able to find resolutions to ensure long-term success.
     
    Qualifications:
    •  5-10 years of experience calling on C and VP level executives and building deep relationships.
    • Experience with contracting and negotiation strategy.
    • Experience in digital media. Familiarity with the adtech, SaaS, and data company landscape.
    • Must possess high energy, excellent judgement, grit, and integrity.
    • Self-motivated problem-solver, comfortable wearing different hats
    • Proven communication, questioning, and listening skills.
    • Comfort with a fast-paced, dynamic working environment.
    • Ability to build excellent rapport with internal and external stakeholders. Strong teamwork is a must.
    • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to ideate on your feet to find creative solutions.
    • Proven problem-solving abilities. Should be able to give specific examples during the interview process
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with sensitivity to different cultures
    • Willingness to travel for industry meetings / events.
    • Demonstrated experience in account ownership for $2-5M+ accounts with up/cross-sell opportunities
